కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి రాగానే రూ.2000 ఉన్న పెన్షన్ రూ.4000 లకు పెంచుతామని రాహుల్ గాంధీ ప్రకటించారు. ఖమ్మం జనగర్జన సందర్భంగా ఈ హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
